Project Description
The University of Utah Data Center consolidates seven data center locations into one, and is a mission critical facility with N+1 reliabilities, and concurrently maintainable and large equipment geared around maintaining Tier III controlled environments in mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems.  The facility utilizes Air Side economizers which produce a PUE of 1.2 at peak levels with an average PUE of 1.4 and features; a double interlock preaction system, return air plenum in ceiling of white space, and hot aisle containment.
