Project Description

This project was a complete renovation and small new-build of the existing Administration Building #1. The existing building had been condemned due to mold infiltration and excessive water intrusion. The entire interior of the building was demolished and removed from the site including the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical ductwork. The reconstruction of the building included complete re-build of the main floor and second floor, which included break rooms and a central media center for both floors, 20 private offices and 200 work stations, and eight conference room spaces. The east entry was the new addition and included a new elevator and a spiral stair case. The finishes included carpet, tile flooring, wood ceilings, and an axiom ceiling system.
