Project Description
The Van Cott law firm’s Salt Lake City offices occupy Floors 18-20 in the Beneficial Life Building. Two grand staircases connect the high-end spaces, and the offices feature custom sapele woodwork throughout. The sapele wood floors feature straight-lay and herringbone patterns. The offices also include board rooms, a full-size kitchen, a prep kitchen, and clerical space.
