Project Description
The project is not a “typical” office building.  The design took into consideration the location of the building and the desire of the owner to have a landmark to draw more people into the mall.  The south facing wall of the building is on a 9 degree slant giving further interest to the most visible side of the building which features a 35’ high LED screen for advertising space as well as a large LED billboard at the corner of the property.There is also a 300 stall below grade parking structure underneath the building and adjacent parking lot.
