Project Description
The Podium building is a five story 128,011 SF office building located in Lehi, Utah. Okland completed construction and a 101,768sf tenant improvement in only nine months. The Podium building contains recreational features to promote a culture that fosters creativity including: a pickleball court, spike ball court, cross fit gym, stadium seating, stage, geodesic dome, Tesla charging stations, and spectacular views of the Wasatch and Oquirrh Mountains.
