Pioneer Crossing is located on the corner of Myrtle and 13th street in the heart of downtown Boise, Idaho.  Prime locale and bright, modern design offer excellent exposure and visibility for this beautiful 128,000sf, 5-story office building. Okland performed the core + shell of this steel building and also constructed a nearby parking garage.
