Project Description
Okland built the 125,000sf core and shell with this expansive 65,000sf 3-level tenant build-out. Design incorporates an employee focused workspace of an industrial look combined with reclaimed natural wood, bright colors and modular installations. Also includes a theatre encircled by tiered seating for live and online training, television studio, fitness center and employee dining spaces.
