Project Description
The Idaho Central Credit Union (ICCU) in Meridian is a 128,000sf, five-story Class-A office building. Lombard Conrad Architects gave the building a modern design with large windows, LED lighting, architecturally placed sun shades and high efficiency HVAC. It was the first building to be completed in the new Eagle View Landing Business Campus development. Along with the core and shell, Okland completed a tenant improvement for ICCU that occupies 58,000sf of the facility.  The ICCU Building takes a prominent position in a highly desirable part of the Treasure Valley which is centrally located and convenient to access from all directions.  Okland was pleased to work with Lombard Conrad Architects, BVA and ICCU on this project to deliver an iconic building to Meridian Idaho.  BVA will continue to develop this property with their can-do approach and forward-thinking attitude in an exciting market.
