Project Description
This 11-story, 138-unit apartment complex was built using a prefabricated metal stud frame structure and is located in Downtown Salt Lake City. The 138 units break down to 56 studios, 40 1-bedroom, 32 2-bedroom, and 10 3-bedroom apartments. The project provides 133 parking stalls for residents structured on two levels. BRIX is hosts all-electric utilities, and depends on a photovoltaic array on the roof for some of its electricity. Street-level engagement is limited to tenant amenities, including an entrance lobby, a gym, and a mailroom.
