Project Description
Spy Hop is a digital media arts center offering in-school, after-school, youth-in-care, and satellite programming for students ages 9-19 of all skill levels and aspirations.
This project features a three story, concrete and structural steel building, clad with architectural concrete, GFRC panels, curtain wall and metal panels. Interior spaces include a sound stage, shops, classrooms, offices, recording studio, practice labs, mentors studio with extensive soundproofing measures throughout the facility. A community event and performance space on level three features a 12'x12' aircraft hanger door that opens up to a rooftop terrace.
