Project Description
Erbin Hall was originally built in the late 1800s and is listed on the Salt Lake Historical Registry. It needed seismic upgrades to comply with building codes and extensive renovation to better serve the Madeline Choir School students and faculty. Because of the building’s historical significance, the project had to meet the requirements of Salt Lake City’s Landmark Commission. The renovation also included adding a new library and remodeling the existing space to include more classrooms.
