Project Description
The EVIT Cosmetology project included interior and exterior improvements of an existing education facility. The exterior scope included the addition of a new corridor area, site work, restrooms, and an entry to the building. The interior scope addressed improvements to existing classrooms and administrative areas to suit the requirements of the cosmetology program. Program spaces include classrooms, salon, dispensary, aesthetics lab, and support spaces for the program to meet licensing requirements.
