Okland simultaneously performed design/assist services, managed and worked with other contractors, and constructed our own four sections of this project while maintaining an intense schedule to have it complete three months prior to the 2002 Winter Olympics. The site development features varied with intricate hardscape elements and water features: sidewalks and gutters; cobblestone; brickwork; architectural concrete; and water features such as streams and fountains, including the popular Olympic Snowflake Fountain. Okland later built the Block A1 Office Tower and the performed tenant improvement services for Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano.
