Project Description
Station Park is a mixed-use, blended power and town center adjacent to the UTA commuter rail station at the junction of Park Lane, Interstate 15, and Legacy Highway. Fountain Square includes a children’s play area as well as a state-of-the-art dancing water feature equipped with LED lighting similar to the fountains at Disney’s World of Color, establishing the property as an iconic destination. Adjacent to the plaza, Okland also built a two-story, 200,000sf Class-A office and retail building.
