Project Description
Originally built in 1928 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The project consists of renovating the historic 3 story brick Carl Winter’s School building (Library and Education Center) into a state-of-the-art library, accomodating a coffee shop, pre-school and theatre used by the Sundance Film Festival.
