Project Description

Empire Pass is a mixed-use, high elevation development comprised of both residential and commercial/retail spaces. The sturcture features rustic design of rough stone and timber. The Clubhouse is located just inside the Empire Pass entrance, accomodating central gathering spaces. It features a great room with a bar, a fireplace, custom furniture and furnishings, an outdoor kitchen/living area, lounge seating and pit on-site, a club concierge, and a gift shop for unique and luxurious gifts/souvenirs. Fitness facilities include state-of-the-art Techno-gym equipment and free weights, men’s and women’s locker rooms with travertine steam rooms/soaking spas, a yoga room, a children’s activities center, and a ski-in/ski-out swimming pool.
