Silver Star Cottages
Park City, UT
Project Description
Silver Star Resort development was built on a 22-acre historic mining site that now includes a public plaza with ski shop, a café, and an artistic studio space. The project included some historic renovations to a few of the buildings: the old foundry, machine shop, and sawmill.
There are 22 cottage units which include duplex residences and also stand-alone units with patios, balconies, driveways, and two-car garages. This section of the resort also includes a ski clubhouse and an inclined elevator that provides this area, as it does with other areas of the development, with a “ski-in/ski-out” facility. These units also include similar upgrades and even more custom finishes. What Our Clients Are Saying
Okland delivered over three hundred thousand square feet of mixed-use ski-in ski-out commercial and residential product. The project was delivered on time and three percent under budget inclusive of design change orders. Further boasting their performance is that the job ran for over three years, across multiple phases, and was constructed in an alpine environment built on mining overburden.
