The new AC Hotel is in a prime location and within close proximity to many activities: restaurants and night-life on Mill Avenue; sporting events for local teams and Spring Training events; recreation at Tempe Town Lake; and many annual events hosted in downtown Tempe. The six-story 85,165sf structure features 159 guest rooms, restaurant space, and a roof-top pool deck. The AC Lobby features the brand’s signature open-concept spaces and features a thoughtfully selected collection of inviting furnishings, modern designs and textures that evoke the feeling of a well-curated art gallery.
