The new facility houses the nursing program, dental hygiene, respiratory therapy, surgical technology, emergency medical services, and medical radiology. Dixie State College and Dixie Regional Medical Center share the building, from which both parties benefit. DSC benefits from the partnership by not being obligated to pay to replace old, out-dated equipment for new top-of-the-line equipment every few years. In return, DRMC uses the building for workshops and conferences.
