This project required major renovation to the three-story student union building. The project consisted of a 90,000sf remodel and a 145,000sf addition. Facility features and elements of the project include: extensive structural upgrades; upgraded security systems; and complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and elevator renovations. The facility features a new bookstore, a full-service kitchen and dining facilities, a student activities center, multi-use rooms, a performance hall, conference rooms, music practice rooms, administrative offices, classroom spaces, and a remodeled bowling alley. The project also includes an enclosed walkway between the McKay Library and the Manwaring Center.
