Project Description
Agave Hall is one of the original CGCC buildings. It houses the vocal and instrumental rehearsal classrooms for the campus. In order for the building to better accommodate these programs, a complete renovation and expansion was performed. The north wing was demolished and a new structure erected in its place to create a larger volume of space to enhance the acoustical performance. The connecting spine was converted to a large community space, and the south wing was transformed into two dance studios as well as general classrooms and offices.
